The reform of the law of Environmental Responsibility

On March 21st the reform of the law of Environmental Responsibility was introduced. This amendment maintains the principles of prevention and liability for those who contaminate.

This reform responds to the duty to put a regime in place of efficient E.R easy to apply.

It serves to cover possible contamination to seaways and ensure that financial guarantee is applied to industries that pose a big environmental risk.

The law of Environmental Responsibility attempts to guarantee its correct application eliminating the difficulties that may come from its use.
